"A high-stress environment with little training, difficult customers, and not great pay compensation. The art directors are very understanding and try to help where they can, the company provides decent benefits and company holiday events but the time commitment can seem overbearing and suffocating."
"This job has been a fairly positive experience and I've learned a great deal"

What don't you like about working at Boombah?
"The transition from small to large company has not always been easy, and there have been many changes in policy, management, job descriptions, etc. Management views me as a stable, capable, and reliable worker, so I tend to get used to pick up the pace for workers who may not be catching on quickly, or who may not be pulling their weight. As a result I have had trouble with upward mobility at Boombah even though my relationship with upper management is fantastic and I do my job very well."
