"Be weary during the interview process. They paint a pretty rosy picture of life at the foundation (hours, work/life balance, nature of the work, etc.), however it's not until after you begin working that you get the real experience."
What don't you like about working at Boston Red Sox?
"Leadership is close-minded and lacks innovation. They believe in the old saying if it's not broke, don't fix it. As a result, our work is often redundant and inefficient because leadership does not value feedback."

"I would listen to the feedback my employees provide. This is a very important characteristic for an effective leader. Unfortunately, this is a characteristic our leadership does not embody."
