"Bottomline has grown through acquisitions and in doing this they have never been able to catch up. IT group is constantly in a state of putting out fires instead of upgrading and merging systems. There is no inventory system for PC's so there is no telling how much money is actually leaving the company. The amount of wasteful spending on unneeded IT devices and systems is outrageous, they could save millions of dollars a year by doing one simple thing but they never would."

"Upper managent lacked the courage and vision to properly value the relationship with IBM and what it could mean for the long term health of the company. In my mind, the work I was doing was significant that would have developed significant incremental revenue if they had followed through with what IBM had asked for."

"I was released in cost cutting RIF after contributing $1.2 million in software sales, so my view may be somewhat clouded. It can be a very good place to work but the compensation plan is very, very light from a commissions perspective."
