The amount of wasteful spending on unneeded IT devices and systems is outrageous, they could save millions of dollars a year by doing one simple thing but they never would."

"Management meetings to keep the team abreast of company direction and goals, and try to keep an individual relationship with team members."

"Look beyond the position being considered but rather conclude that management is truly behind what it is you are responsible for."

"Upper managent lacked the courage and vision to properly value the relationship with IBM and what it could mean for the long term health of the company. In my mind, the work I was doing was significant that would have developed significant incremental revenue if they had followed through with what IBM had asked for."

"Keep up what they are doing and evaluate the salaries of their engineers."

"I was released in cost cutting RIF after contributing $1.2 million in software sales, so my view may be somewhat clouded. It can be a very good place to work but the compensation plan is very, very light from a commissions perspective."
