Overview
Brandeis University is one of the country's finest private schools. The suburban campus is located about nine miles west of Boston in Waltham, Massachusetts. The school was founded in 1948 and is named for Louis Brandeis. The late Justice Brandeis was the first Jewish member of the U.S. Supreme Court.
