"Small company. Good aspects: 100% med/dental/vision insurance paid by co. You usually don't need to work more than 40 hours a week, working with the agents. Negative aspects: lower pay, no 401k or FSA, or other benefits. It will take a while (or never) if you need help with extra work (small staff), even though you're told there will be help."
