"Byers is a wonderful company to work for--competitive benefits, wonderful coworkers, a true sense of collaboration, and highly flexible hours. The work changes based on the client several times a year so while work can be thin, you have many opportunities to learn market-competitive skills in several areas. Yes, the work is telecommunications based but what you learn is applicable to many different areas; mechanical, administrative, managerial. There are no shortages of opportunities to prove yourself a hard and capable worker. I highly recommend Byers and look forward to seeing their continued emergence into the northern states."
"So, I need to review my old company. Well, here goes. I left because of nepotism. My direct boss worked with his wife and son in law. The main boss had his wife, son and daughter working there also. And I taught both of them, how to use OptiNT and AutoCAD."
"I’ve worked for Byers for almost 2 years now and it has been an absolute pleasure to work for them. They treat their employees with great respect and trust in getting the job done. They believe in promoting within and it gives all employees great hope that something great is in store for them."
"Vast experiences in hardware and software areas. Learning new methodologies."
