"BEWARE!!!! There are many locations of Ramah Camps in the USA, and this one is specifically for the Colorado location, Ramah in the Rockies. This should be a last resort!! NOT ONLY is the pay insufficient for the amount of work required, BUT ALSO, the Year-round staff are so unprofessional. They disparage seasonal staff and are resistant to change or improvement. The seasonal staff feel like second-rate tag-alongs come summer because training and processes are in poor shape. They will hire and fire on a whim; they let go of several people without warning this past summer - people who had given up other work and their apartments to work for the camp."
"Unprofessional"
