"I believe that this is a fair salary as you are learning and just starting the job but as you move up their is little growth for salary but huge growth for responsibility. I believe that after 6 months of work (if work is done correctly) and workers should get a raise and every 6 months after the first raise. This job is mentally hard and those working and helping others should be getting paid much more. I would say cap salary for care worker $14, and continued growth once you take another potion at the company. Though as of now managers only make $1 to $3 more than basic care workers, that should change."
