"Good company to work for."
"I began my tenure at Carpenter Technology back in 2018 as an intern with the engineering department. I enjoyed this position for a few reasons. I was given a lot of mechanical design work that involved me going out into the plant and meeting with process engineers and area managers. My knowledge of engineering principles greatly expanded under the tutelage of my mentors. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity for a college student. As I transitioned to a full-time employee as a process engineer, I became dissatisfied with my work. Along with the few design projects I was given, most of my day was spent crunching numbers on excel. It was not the engineering work I wished to do."
"Poor planning processes. Inability to implement lean properly. Motivate through fear and derision"
"I’ve been employed at Carpenter since June 1994."
