2.3I worked for Carvana for about five months I quit for a number of reasons and even when I quit they told me that I can come back anytime. My last check should’ve had 72 hours on it. when you quit, that day they kick you out of all your emails you cant access your paystub‘s or nothing so I had to email a different part of the company just to get access to my last check stub they only paid me for 28 hours! They played my friend out of money too. This company is dirty, management doesn’t care about you you were just another number that walks through the door. They’ll hype you up about this job and then when they get you in the door they treat you bad. One of the reasons I left is two of the inspection lines had bedbugs in all the cars and management was just brushing it off like it was nothing. They work you like you’re in a sweatshop it’s ridiculous. favoritism at this company is absolutely horrible. I’d rather work at McDonald’s then work at Carvana again. I highly suggest not going to this company and definitely not buying a car from the company.
1.8No requirements ever given. Tenured employees don't actually do any work and blame everything on developers. There is constant abuse, disgusting behavior and language, and absolutely no process.
Everything is your fault. No real enterprise or professional experience from anyone else in the company, just Pure Bro culture, and nobody has any idea what's going on. Lots of inappropriate and abusive behavior is heavily condoned and everyone talks bad about all your coworkers just like management.
Don't have to worry about leaving your desk for lunch or bathroom breaks, you won't ever have time and it will be frowned upon. Every week before payday the whole engineering department gets hurled into a frenzy as they are looking who and when to purge.
4I have worked for L Brands for several years in different roles and with their various departments. They hire very talented and creative people and offer a great benefits compensation package.
The work environment can be intense at times, but is balanced with employee perks and appreciation. The job is very rewarding as you get to work for a prestigious and nationally recognized brand(s). The people make the job fun while learning a lot and developing your skills.
