"CNH was a great employer to work for. Unfortunately my time there was short due to uncontrollable circumstances. However, the other production planners were nice and helped tremendously in my training for the position. It is definitely a fast pace environment so if that is something that doesn't appeal to you then this position would not be an ideal fit."

"I've worked for CNH about 4 years now. It is a learning experience to work for them. I am also grateful because this is my first job as a welder and they gave me the opportunity to get my foot in the door. I learned the requirements of the job and its specifications rather quickly. I am a fast learner and always open to learn new things and also a team player. CNH is also one of the leaders in manufacturing combines and other industrial equipment or machinery in the agriculture area."

Instead of complaining at the employees or staring at them to get them to move faster, jump in and help!! Hire from within!! Then management would know how things really work on the floor. A company is supposed to work as a team!!"
