"Make them feel as though they know everything and you want to learn everything from them, and you will probably be hired."

What don't you like about working at Aegis Medical Systems?

"I don't like the way the corporate management asks things of the employees that they themselves would not be able to fulfill, and do not care about patient care, but rather the income the patients bring in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better employee morale, and refocus the company to patient care in order to be able to make more money."
