"The ownership and management. Many untasteful jokes and races comments during meetings and on the shop floor. When I worked there I received a phone call from the owners wife while at home about making a 68 year old woman a permanent employee. The comment was and I quote We don't hire 68 yr olds. A sweat shop it was for the hourly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be professional and get away from the good ole boy syndrome."

What do you like about working at Chatleff Controls?
"To be honest with you there was nothing socially, economically, or professionally redeeming or beneficial for working for Chatleff Controls at any point while I was working there. It was a soul sucking position and the management there was disrespectful and there were no opportunities for career advancement at anytime. It was and continues to be a sweatshop."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"As I stated above do not work for this company. They will use you and lay you off after they make tons of money from your laborious efforts. Look elsewhere."
