"very little, I was installed to bring the company back from bankruptcy, given little if any support by the people that appointed me"

"do not go to work based upon empty promises, only on hard written commitments"

"lack of a functioning board, or workable budget. Little appreciation despite thae fact that I was an uncompensated volounteer"

"the company need to have a substantial infusion of capital, and a more caring grounds staff that is motivated to function effectively"
