"I've worked within the PSCC for a number of years. The various teams within the center have a good working relationship as a rule. Upper management however has proven incompetent in managing people and has allowed morale, training, and standards to all become chaotic. The people above that level are no better and any contact with them proves they have no comprehension of how the center works or about the conditions of the people working there."
