"procedures changed throughout the day every day. My Manager was racist. They loaded us with responsibilities in so many areas it was difficult to focus. The Company was backed by heavy hitters, however the product Wi-Max was a fluke. If a customer lived on a flat surface, no tress or hills, no rain and a clear shot at a window, then maybe they would ctch a good signal. The Q.A. personnel were ridiculously critical on us as well."

"Spend more time teaching and mentoring than writing people up and firing them."
