What do you like about working at AT&T?
"The flexibility and stability of the company. The ability to feel like you were working in a smaller company (Business Unit), but had the strength of the larger corporation behind you."

"There is occasional redundancy in business units, which allowed for some spinning of wheels when it came to working on larger scale projects."

"Many talented people have a lot more to offer than just what their title is, ensure that people are given opportunities to shine."
