"Joined 4 years ago during a transition of growth and have helped the company grow in all aspects. The accounting department is more fully staffed and all processes are documented with internal controls so everything runs on a schedule. Many processes have been enhanced and made more efficient through automation, mainly in excel. Costs have been cut while making revenues more profitable.
