"I spent a lot of time working outside and each job was a short time 6-12 month duration."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They really teached me a lot about how construction market works in the ciuntry."

"SpawMaxwell Company was a great place to work. I wish the economy had not forced the company into a position where it had to lay off employees."
What do you like about working at Spaw Maxwell?
"Every day was a challenge and I was never bored. I learned a lot related to project management during the 4 years I was there and I really enjoyed all of the different people I worked with."
What don't you like about working at Spaw Maxwell?
"I worked much more than the typical work week. On average I spent about 60 hours per week working. I have no problem working over 40 hours, but 60 can be a little difficult on family life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think SpawMaxwell just needs to get revenue up again. It would be helpful to have estimators and PM's submitting more realistic bids. SMC has the people aspect of the business figured out."
