"Terrible supervisor. Leadership is a mess."
"This is an excellent charity that does a lot of good for underprivileged kids, but quite frankly, it's a hellish place to work. The upside of working at CISDR is the high amount of paid vacation. However, the annual pay is low even compared to other nonprofits. The place has a lot of potential, but no room for growth or independent thought. It would be a lot better with some major changes in management, but that's unlikely to happen any time soon."
