"I have worked at CBC for about 2 years now. Overall it is a great company to work for. The people are great, hard-working, diligent with the good work quality. They provide all the necessary equipment and resources to complete your job and they have a very great, friendly and relaxed work environment. CBC is a small company, comprised of about 12 employees. Small companies are great, they allow great relationships to build between all levels in the company, with a very family-like feeling. One con I have found is that due to it being a small company there is a lack of growth opportunities available to those looking to grown and get promoted within a company. The only other con I have found is that due to it being a small company there are little to no benefits available to its employees."
