"We're not a cutting edge, fast-paced company. Our code base is ... dated, very dated, and management is highly resistant to innovation. They actively prevent modernization like MVC or JavaScript frontends. Management is very lax though, and working here is a great opportunity for a junior developer to learn the ropes and learn PHP. The biggest negative is that there will never be any career progression at this place. It's just a good opportunity for a junior developer to learn the ropes or a senior developer to park for a while."

"Extensive networking within the company can help you continue employment (get tasks from other projects) after the initial project for which you were hired is over. Also, try to be working on at least three staggered projects at the same time."

"Employment is conditional to an individual's direct charging to a project. If you do not have enough projects everyday you are permanently let go regardless of performance or longevity."
