"I have work for Confidence Management Systems for two and a half years now. I must say, that the only negatives that they have in my opinion is the compensation, raise, and no room for growth. In witch to be a big deal. Other then that, upper management doesn't bother us, as long as the job gets done and customers are happy. I also must say that I have a great relationship with my boss."
