What do you like about working at PBK Architects?
"PBK is very upscale, trendy, and all about presenting a sharp image."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Act as if you own the most expensive toys and have very eccentric tastes."
What don't you like about working at PBK Architects?
"There is not much room for advancement within the company in my position. Since I was a superintendent in the field for an Architecture firm, the only place to advance was as in tenure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't confuse upscale and trendy with pretentiousness, spite, and selfishness. Not everyone who is a client likes the rich bully."

"My position has been eliminated and they only have general laborers."

"I asked for a raise and was laid off soon after"

"Spread the wealth and not be greedy. It is your firm but you are blessed and need to treat others accordingly."

"When inteviewing for this company it is important that you stay focussed and sale your skills and yourself to the person interviewing."
What don't you like about working at Lawson Products?
"I loved all aspects of the job. Just hated that it was a temporaty assignment and had to come to an end. I wish they would have had another position for me to move into."

"The management was great. Very understanding and optimistic about my ideas and allowed me to use my skills to help develope the project."
