"Be sure to specifically define their career goals and direction to see if it fits with the Chester way."

"Poor up front organization to properly sell new business and setup assignments. Also, there is minimal, if any effort to improve employee skills."

"Increased due dilligence to define project scopes and to make sincere efforts to establish client relations."

"I loved the environment due to the company always recognizing and showing their appreciation for everyone's hard work and commitment to the company. This was one of the only family oriented companies I have ever worked for in my entire career."

"Just be yourself and show loyalty and commitment to the vision. Be able to handle a stressful and fast pace environment."

"Show appreciation for your associates hard work and loyalty to the company and the mission and vision of the company."

"I didn't like the inconsistency among regional management. Difficult to know the direction to go."

"Professionalism and Team work displayed by all involved in the project was first rate. The Manager I reported to was both knowledgeable and supportive of my efforts and all Team Members as well. Mitch Ginsman was the Construction Manager I reported to."

"I was not aware I was interviewing, I am a ex-employee, downsized in 2001."
