"I worked in cardiology department in Salem NJ. First and Foremost the Physicans there were the best all around and such a delightful experience to work for and learn from. I definitely recommend anyone to visit them. I also enjoyed my co-workers. But what made all our lives hell was the ocd manager who wouldnt allow us to eat lunch, take a break, have a conversation. It was all apart of her control. The pay is ridiculous for a M.A and Lpn. I wouldnt recommend this particular office to my worst enemy. The management in that office is full of corruption, embezzlement, and completely unprofessional. Dont bother going above because they are just as corrupt and if you seek help from H.R you get reprimanded and written up for bringing physical and mental abuse evidence. You will be harrassed and the manager will deliberately sabotage you. Who by the way is diagnosed manic depreesive/bi-polar. If you get on her bad side she will go out of her way and make it her life to search for ways she can get you out. This person has the mentality of a 13 year old with her spiteful antics, petty gossip, who violates your Hippa privacy to whom ever. She lies about the hours she works and her manager knows about it and allows it, what dr office you know where you work 6am-2am? So what does that say about her manager? She has Cooper pay her fake cleaning company and makes the workers do it as she sits back collecting a check. Its a small office total of 7 employees that cant keep staff related to the constant torment and bullying from the manager. Every day your unsure if your walking into a war zone or which one of the personalities you will get. You walk on egg shells. I worked there for several years and lost 20lbs from the torment, bullying and constant stress and harassment. Some of us need a job and have no choice but to deal with work place abuse. Good luck"
