Cottonwood Financial Employee

"Pay is competitive. My own team was easy-going and fun to work with. Work was uninspiring, but extraordinarily easy. Cons No upward momentum or room for advancement. No challenge, no cultivation of learning, no education budget. Company culture is non-existent . Various health code violations, unclean offices, smelly bathrooms, moldy coffee makers, horribly unclean refrigerators, etc. Some co-workers not held to personal hygiene standards, came into work smelling offensively or otherwise unfit for a professional environment. Overall, not really worth the time. Fine if you're only looking for a job, and nothing more."
