cPanel Employee

"I worked with cPanel for just over a year in 2019 and early 2020. There were many things I loved about this position (the people, free lunch and snacks, an office), but often ran into issues maintaining a work-life balance. Because of the technical nature of the company, it almost seemed expected that you were to "be available" after hours or on the weekends for "emergencies". Many things were blown out of proportion or had too many opinions attached to function efficiently."

Senior Software Engineer

"This company is one of the best companies that I have ever had the opportunity to work for. It is the only company that I know of, that provides ALL of its employees with a FREE smartphone and a lunch daily. Atmosphere at cPanel is relaxed, but challenging. Work hours are flexible (I came in at 10:30 and left at 7:30) and upper management makes sure that there aren't any bozo bosses."
