"The management is not trustworthy and has no vision. They do not give employees room to grow. They are more apt to hire from outside than promote from within. They barely reward and are quick to scold and blame. The atmosphere is highly politicized and very silo-ed. Overall it is a stressful environment but the stress is created by people wanting people to look busy rather than seeking quality work."
