"Great company, good environment"
"I have worked a Crane Aerospace in Chandler, AZ for almost a year and it has been a great place to start my career. I have learned numerous things in manufacturing, production, and design. My supervisor helped me make a transition from school to working in the industry. The relationship I have with my co-workers is very professional bye they were kind enough to point me in good directions and from this relationship I was able to help them in a manufacturing sense with any of their needs. In the company of around 100 people, most of the assemblers and technicians have used or are using something I designed and/or made."
"Great pay but not a lot of opportunity for upward mobility."
"Perform due diligence prior to accepting offer."
"I have worked for Crane for 15 years. I started in the stockroom. And I got promoted to planner. Then 3 years later I got promoted to buyer/planner. I really enjoyed by job. I got to meet the vendors, set up delivery schedules with them. I was dealing with the people on the floor which helped me with setting up delivery schedules with my vendors."
"Overall it's a good place to work. Very high paced / high pressure but fair."
"Great place to work and grow with great training and experiences."
