"Sometimes (not always) processes hinder to get the job done quickly."

"Processes are good but they should be sometimes bypassed in order to meet customer expectations."

"There were many different departments to advance to, and I could transfer to anywhere in the USA."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"I took an early retirement and miss the job very much. There was nothing I did not like while working at AT&T."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep involved with what your people are saying at the meetings. They are doing the job and usually are the best to ask for suggestions about doing something more efficiently. Have weekly or monthly meetings. Get involved."
