"I worked with great people, for a boss who cared, and was given the opportunity to learn a great deal about my field."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself--weird is ok, as long as you are committed to the team and goals of the company."

What don't you like about working at Billeo?

"It occasionally felt like there was too many engineering voices in product development and not enough client/consumer side voices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think my boss tended to stretch himself too thin. I would have recommended he delegate ownership around a little bit more. But that's really a nitpicking suggestion."

"I made some great friends at Intellisync, and learned a great deal about management."

"Intellisync was sold to Nokia. The new division that was created closed in 2010."

What don't you like about working at Intellisync?

"The vision was rarely sent down from above, which led to more stress than necessary. In the end upper management made the right calls though and we sold for $480 million."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More communication about the company direction would have allowed middle management to better align efforts."
