"I've worked with the company for 6 years and the diversity is great and the company morale is high. The company is a great place to work and the co-workers and I enjoy providing high standard of patient relations. It is over 500 employees at this community hospital. I would recommend anyone that wanted to apply here to do so, company really looks out for their employees, they show great community service to Stockton, CA. They need more parking area for the employees and patient visitors."
"Since the company has been trying to remain strong and alive, there has been a lot of changes because of economic issues. There were new people replacing old employees, I do hear a lot of complaints coming from my coworkers but I understand their frustration because of the reorg. Many got laid off. so far before I resigned, I can say that Dameron has been a privilege to me, I have learned a lot and gained experiences that made me to become a better employee as well as a person."
