"A great place to work. The management understands the company goals but don't try to tell the technical folks how to do their job."

"The development group had offices 20 minutes away from the rest of the company which made interdept collaboration difficult"

"The did a good job. They stayed focused on the goals that the company had and encouraged the employees to be active participants in deciding the future direction of the company"

"No one seems to bother me as long as I show some production."

"Find out the future plans and security of the project you are being hired onto."

"I have little collaboration with the customer and am just told what to do instead of asked if I have an opinion. Also, my job is in jeopardy and no one is talking about it to me."

"I would offer a lot more communication with my subordinates."

"The creative aspect of designing applications. The people I work with are both friends and colleagues. I shine with both design and implementation of those designs -- I need to be able to prove that the theory actually works."

"I am currently an independent contractor. although I have enjoyed the experience of owning my own business and have been successful with that pursuit, I am looking for support and stability at this point and going forward."

"Since I am an Independent Contractor, the advise would be for myself. My advise would be to incorporate the support of a solid company where creativity and growth is encouraged."
