"I love having the freedom to pursue my own projects, but I am unsure of the impact they will have on the way the company conducts its business. I do quality work, and provide the executives with information that has never been available to them before, but they seem too set in their old ways. This is discouraging, because it feels like my hard work is going unnoticed and unused. At the end of the day, I am proud of the work I have done, knowing I tried to make a difference."
