"I have worked for DLL group since 2020 and have found that while the company is populated by many friendly people, I was dismayed by the management's approach to producing quality work. As someone who enjoys doing flawless work, I was dismayed that the more tenured somebody was, the less their work needed to conform to standards applied (and strictly drilled into) other employees performing the same functions. Extremely outdated technology may also be saving the firm some money, but at the expense of efficiency and usability among sleeker, more nimble competitors."

"Lack of efficiency due to weak SOPs, poor communication, and conflicting departmental goals. Too much focus on individual achievement at the detriment of the group."

"Establish standard operating procedures to improve efficiencies. Focus the corporate culture more on collectivism and less on individualism; allow line managers more authority to govern their respective departments. Encourage more cross-departmental cooperation."
