"Descartes Systems Group acquired my previous employer, PCS Technologies, PCSTrac division in June 2017. I went from working in a small company of 30 employees to one that employed over 1,300. By dividing the company into work groups they were able to maintain the small-business feel while providing the big-company security and resources. All in all a great place to work."
"I worked at Descartes Systems for over 10 years. You get the feel and benefits of a small company while working at a Large corporation. They support the latest technologies and empower employees to build cutting-edge systems. Unfortunately, due to the fragmented structure of the company, working in small teams you don't always have career advancing opportunities. Work life balance is generally good, and they offer remote work for flexible work schedules."
"I worked for a manager that was promoted because she was technical. She turned out to be a terrible people person and wanted her team filled with previous workers and friends she knew."
"Good applications but have little freedom to design to new ideas."
"It's a job not a career. Some mngrs know its bad and try to compensate othres don't care."
