The interaction with customers and giving them pega solutions and design for their implementation is very nice.But, there are very few situations where the challenges are more of a burden. "It is a very conservative, time pass place, where people are self centered & waste a LOT of $$$ on projects. The management gets feedback only to throw them into dumpsters; Your ideas, opinion, creativity does NOT matter. just go with the flow & pass the time & get paid......."
