"Not really. Just be ready to fend for yourself. Be independent and cover all your bases."

What don't you like about working at Premier Care Center?

"No direction. Management is allowed to treat employees with total disrespect."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire knowledgeable managers...I had 3 admiminstrators in 2 years; and those had no experience in running a nursing home."
