"Yes, the moral of the story is never ask your employer for a pay increase, you just might get terminated unjustly."

"I got fired from my position for asking for a pay increase."

"My suggestion is this, if an employee is doing an outstanding job for you, you do not terminate them for Irreconcilable Differences."

"Be careful as to what your expectations are as you should talk with staff, not just Management"

"Dont be biased as to ethnic background as I was. I did not fit into the Spanish culture and I was let that to be known."
