"Challenging times for the organization, as a result employees were unsettled, so I found my talents utilized in interesting cases."

What don't you like about working at Valley Health System?

"Economic challenges had most to do with income side of the equation, but managers only had control over the expense side of things, so where possible, they reduced staffing to levels that were burdesome to employees and potentially unsafe."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Address business development issues and income side will be resolved."
