"The Owner was the sole proprietor and had no one he cared to listen to. His Decisions were final. It also didn't help that he had no business experience at all"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"please get someone who can reason with the owner. the biggest way to demotivate a sales team is to announce a Commission Cap."
