"Diversitech is a growing startup company with some challenges but is growing exponentially."
"I found my current role to be exciting and challenging. The fast-paced nature of the business was a plus given my energy level and was satisfying to visually see the daily accomplishments of others and use that to motivate them to grow as employees. Unfortunately, there were many challenges with wms and other processes as well as not being able to utilize my creativity or skills as well as I kid as upper management was not open to change or problem-solving. The home work-life balance was also not very appealing as upper management did not consider the number of hours that the workers were being asked to work a factor to negatively affect quality and production outcomes."

This is what's going on at Diversitech."
