Division of Child Support Employee

"At the time of writing, I have worked for WA DCS as a caseworker for almost 4 years. I've worked in 3 different field offices, and overall I would say that this is a good first job to get out of college, but may not be a good fit long term. There is a lot of opportunity to promote, but more than likely you will have to change which team or office you are assigned to. The pay is decent, depending on where you live; however, if you are living in Seattle you will probably need roommates or a second job. There can also be some internal office drama, but if you're not a dramatic person and stay out of other people's business it shouldn't be an issue."
