"I would recommend they already of retail experience, because they are going to receive minimal training."
What don't you like about working at Bon-Ton?
"Antiquated equipment making sales transactions tedious. Poor inventory control. Very poor staff training. Lack of leadership at the senior level."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Associated training in all areas needs addressed, as well as department managers."

"Business to Business relationships. Team concept in moving division forward fostering different vantage points."

"Having to report to an individual who did not understand my functional position. Reporting structure was re-organized that did not align with responsibilities of field management."

"Properly align functional teams with management who understands specific lines of business units."
