"Realize that you will never get rich working for the Commonwealth. Be ready to work according to a manual. However, the retirement package is pretty good."
What don't you like about working at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
"My superior was not very helpful while I was training, and she acted as if she didn't want me there"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would try to create a low stress environment and get to know all of my employees,"
What do you like about working at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
"Excellent health care package and the retirement benefits were not bad either. After six months of employment prescription, dental and vision coverage began. Met some really great people while working there. I also enjoyed performing DNA analysis."

"You will never be rich working for the commonwealth, but you will have a good retirement package."
What don't you like about working at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
"My superior was very harsh with me while I was in training. I felt as though I didn't belong there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would try to create a less stressful work environment. I also would try to get to know all of my employees as best as I could."

"Vibrant, young staff. Overall, a great facility. Forerunner in it's field."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Bode is a great place to learn the tools of the trade, but not ideal for a career. They love people that will work very hard and learn fast. Just try to leave before you're completely burned out!"
What don't you like about working at Bode Technology?
"Cliquiness, Management plays favorites, low raises, inadequate benefits, little care for work/life balance, often expect too much of employees, and reward the best employees with additional responsibilities until they are burned out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't play favorites, try to respect personal lives more, don't overwork your best employees (it's more fair to have uniform expectations for everyone!)"
