"I have been at Doran for only a few months and while they have a strong value-based culture, they are not prepared for the future or the growth they claim to strive for. Archaic internal operations/ software/ systems (hand dials on a hard phone when cold calling), no real metrics/ identifiable bonus or commission structure, and little accountability. Product while built strong and durable, is not intuitive and "behind the curve" when looking at the technological future of this market overall."
