"Did not care for my replacement immediate supervisor. (note:the department had a 100% personnel exit with this supervisor and I was one of the last to leave)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None...except for my department the hospital was great, and I would love to go back if Radiation Therapy supervisor changed."

"Terrible management, had 3 sets of physicians in 3 years, lousy and expensive benefits, extreme favoritism and bias in management (both middle and upper)"
