"Challenging projects. Push the envelope of my technical knowledge."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get everything in writing before accepting a position there. Ask a lot of questions about what is expected of you and get everything in writing. The company tried to scam me out of an agreement I had with them."

What don't you like about working at Orion Systems Integrators?

"Dishonest management staff. Made promises and didn't honor them. Force people to work overtime, weekend and holidays."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some business ethical courses. Learn how to make better business decisions and take better care of your employees."

"The IT department is not truly modern or forward-thinking. The company can be bureaucratic and short-sighted."

"Find new leadership in IT; stop hiring foreign workers. You are not benefiting from this practice."
