"EasterSeals is a great company to work for. All of the employees have respect for each other and treat their clients with kindness and respect. They deal with clients face-to-face and always ensure that their clients are satisfied."
"I have worked in this contract role for over a year and Easterseals is truly a wonderful organization, from the core of living their mission statement to helping the world to view those with disabilities in a healthy manner!!"
"I have worked for Easterseals since March 2019. It is a great company with a great mission statement. Easterseals just celebrated its 100th year so they have been around for a long time and growing by the day! The company really loves its employees and offers lots of perks and great benefits. Super cool and high tech office located in Irvine, CA!"
"The people, like CEO, Supervisor, etc, forever think like owners of ES, but this is a NON-PROFIT Organization, no one is the owner, except the participants working for them, they treat their employees badly, no good pay, but they make good money, and they tell you because you don't have a degree you are not going to receive the same pay, but you have to do the same job that has title!!! It is a shame!!"
"Easter Seals as a company was helpful to my brother and step-daughter. However, when I volunteered there, I was treated like I was a piece of garbage. I was given all the unpleasant work that NO ONE wanted to do and had been sitting there for months and sometimes even years. Yet I did all of it with a smile on my face, and the thanks I got in return was I had a bad attitude about volunteering. I had to beg for something to do and when I asked someone they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They may treat their employees well but from my experience, volunteers, in their eyes, should be on their hands and knees kissing their feet and thanking them for allowing them to work there for free."
"I worked at Easter Seals for almost one year. While my time there was relatively pleasant, sweeping corporate changes made the administrative environment very unstable."
"Easter Seals is a good company but they are non profit so the pay is not that good."
"Prett vanilla. No career movement. You did your job, you got paid."
